The Leopard

Harry Kwon is a senior here at East High, and he couldn’t be more excited about how close he

is to graduating. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, and currently lives with his father and

sister. He spends his free time enjoying and playing music, watching and researching sports,

reading, and watching movies and T.V.. Harry Kwon loves american football, and is a die-hard

Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He became a Steelers fan when his Pittsburgh-native uncle Greg

introduced him to the NFL, and Harry saw his love and passion for the team. He admired the

passion, and wanted to replicate it. This has grown into a love for Pittsburgh and for the Steelers

that will never fade. Harry also loves music, and is constantly looking to find new and interesting

music. He loves psychedelic and punk rock, and his favorite bands are Pink Floyd, King Gizzard

and The Lizard Wizard, Grateful Dead, Thee Oh Sees, Nirvana, and Black Flag. He also plays

guitar, and has been doing that since mid 2017. Another one of Harry’s interests is reading. His

favorite book is The Shining, his favorite author is H.P. Lovecraft and his favorite genre is

horror. Harry’s final major hobby is watching movies. His favorite movie of all time is Full Metal

Jacket, and he loves movies directed by Stanley Kubrick, Quentin Tarintino, and Christopher

Nolan. Some of his other favorites include the Connery Bond films, Wayne’s World, Apocalypse

Now, and The Godfather. Harry also enjoys watching T.V., but he likes his television to be more

light hearted and humorous then the movies he watches. Because of this, he loves comedy

shows, specifically his favorites are Seinfeld, Chowder, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and

Regular Show. Overall, Harry is just a fun loving kid who likes to learn and hopes to lead a life

full of music and football.
