Cayden Young
Cayden Young is an eighteen year old boy that lives in Salt Lake City, UT, in the Harvard-Yale area. He was born in Provo, UT to two beautiful human beings: Michael Young, and Harmony Young.  He spent his early childhood in Lehi, UT, while his father finished his bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah. Then at the age of two the family moved to Ohio for his dad to attend The Ohio State University to get his degree in dentistry. He lived there for four years and loved every day of it. While he was there he started his school career attending preschool and kindergarten. He started his love for sports, primarily basketball and football. He would often attend Ohio State football games on Saturday afternoons with his dad. After his father graduated from Ohio State, the family moved back to Lehi into their first house now the family had extended by 2, Brooklyn was born in 2003 and Avery was born in 2005. His dad started his career at Young Family Dental with his dad and his brother. Cayden started first grade at Fox Hollow Elementary school and loved it. Once again the family extended by one more when Sophia was born in 2008. In 2012 the family moved once again to Highland Utah, where Cayden spent his preteen years creating friendships that would last a lifetime. He met Connor Ward, Mason Johnson, Colton Johnson, Jayke Pack, and Caden Chipman. He still keeps in constant contact with them to this day. He went to Timberline Middle School for 4 years. Then once again the family moved to Salt Lake where they now reside. Cayden has a lot of friends in Salt Lake. He is apart of a friend group called "The Boyzz" the friends consist of Isaac Behunin, Noah Hamula, Mason Thomas, Evan Madsen, Luke Winters, Dalton Hoopes, Marc Bateman, and Bryce Hurlburt. He is close with all of them but considers Evan, Dalton, and Isaac to be his very best friends. He joined the journalism team because his friends invited him and he had heard good things from a lot of people. He will be writing about sports in quarter one. He wants to grow up and do something in the medical field. He has big dreams and he won't stop until he achieves them.
